Monarch Surveyors & Engineering Consultants Ltd, a civil infrastructure consulting firm listed on the BSE, has secured a major contract worth approximately ₹130 crore from Northern Railway to deliver comprehensive consultancy services for railway infrastructure projects.
This marks the company’s largest order to date, significantly strengthening its order book and enhancing revenue visibility over the coming years.
The project scope includes Final Location Survey (FLS), geotechnical investigations, detailed design work, preparation of drawings, and other preliminary activities required for Detailed Project Reports (DPR), land acquisition, and EPC tender documentation. It also involves providing facilitation support to the Competent Authority for Land Acquisition (CALA) across various railway projects, including new lines, bypass and chord lines, track doubling and multi-tracking, as well as flyover construction.
The contract will be executed over a 36-month period, offering strong execution visibility and reinforcing the company’s position in the railway infrastructure consultancy space.
Commenting on the development, Sunil Kokare, Director – Business, stated that the order represents a significant milestone in the company’s growth journey and underscores its end-to-end capabilities in railway consultancy—from survey and geotechnical studies to design and land acquisition support. He added that the contract meaningfully boosts the company’s order book and provides solid visibility for the near to medium term.
